Website: www.techflu.co.in | Entity: Techflu Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Techflu website, B2B inquiry services, B2C rental services, account registration, checkout, KYC verification, delivery, use, return and support of rented products.
By visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, creating an account, placing an order, making payment, completing KYC, accepting delivery or using a rented product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Rental Agreement, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Security Deposit and Damage Policy, KYC Consent Notice and any order-specific terms shown at checkout.
Techflu provides IT hardware rental and related services, including laptops, desktops, servers, LED/LFD displays, printers, installation, repair, maintenance and support.
B2B services are inquiry and quotation based. B2C laptop rentals may be offered online in selected serviceable locations, initially including Bengaluru, and may later expand to other cities.
You must be legally competent to contract under Indian law. B2C rentals are intended for adults. You must provide true, complete and updated information during registration, checkout, payment, KYC, delivery and support.
Techflu may refuse, hold, cancel or reject any order where identity verification, address verification, payment verification, risk checks, stock availability or internal approval is incomplete or unsatisfactory.
Product images, specifications, condition descriptions and availability are indicative and subject to change. Rental pricing may vary by model, configuration, city, duration, offer, taxes, delivery charge, refundable security deposit and availability.
"Starting at ₹X/month" means the lowest listed monthly rental price for the relevant product, usually linked to the longest rental duration, unless stated otherwise.
Before payment, the checkout page will show the monthly rental, rental duration, refundable security deposit, applicable taxes, delivery charges, coupon/discount if any, first rental amount if collected before delivery, and total payable.
To place a B2C rental order, the customer must pay a refundable security deposit equal to two months' rent, unless a different deposit amount is displayed at checkout.
The refundable security deposit is not advance rent and will not be automatically adjusted against monthly rental payments unless Techflu expressly approves such adjustment in writing or under the applicable policy.
The security deposit is held to protect Techflu against unpaid rent, late fees, device damage, loss, theft, missing accessories, misuse, unauthorised transfer, recovery costs or breach of rental terms.
The security deposit will be refunded after return of the device, inspection, settlement of outstanding dues and completion of internal checks, subject to deductions permitted under these Terms, the Rental Agreement and the Security Deposit and Damage Policy.
Monthly rent is payable separately from the refundable security deposit. The rental period starts from the actual date on which the device is delivered to the customer and accepted through Techflu's delivery process.
The monthly rental payment will be due every month on the same calendar date as the actual delivery date. For example, if the device is delivered on 10 July, the monthly rental due date will be the 10th of every month.
If a billing date falls on a date not available in a particular month (such as the 29th, 30th or 31st), the due date may be treated as the last calendar day of that month.
Techflu may require the first month's rent to be paid at checkout, before dispatch or at delivery before handover. The exact amount payable before delivery will be displayed to the customer.
Payment of the refundable security deposit or first rental amount does not mean the order is finally approved. All B2C orders remain subject to KYC verification, document review, address verification, payment verification, risk review, stock availability and final approval by Techflu.
If the order is rejected before delivery, refund of the refundable security deposit and any collected rent will be processed as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy, subject to deductions only where legally permitted and disclosed.
Users may be required to verify their mobile number and email through OTP. Techflu may apply rate limits, security checks, fraud checks and account restrictions to protect customers, assets and the platform.
After successful payment, the user will be redirected to the KYC verification flow. The order status may show as "Payment Completed – KYC Pending" until KYC is completed.
The standard KYC process may include:
Techflu may also request address proof, employment/student details, business details, references, selfie/live photo, delivery confirmation or other reasonable verification information depending on risk, order value, device type and internal policy.
Where Aadhaar-based verification is used, it will be conducted only for identity verification, fraud prevention, rental risk assessment and asset protection. Aadhaar submission and verification must be consent-based and handled through a lawful verification method.
Techflu will not publicly display Aadhaar numbers and will use reasonable safeguards to avoid unnecessary storage of full Aadhaar numbers. Where copies are stored, masked or redacted Aadhaar will be used wherever feasible.
Student offers are conditional. If a student coupon or student discount is applied at checkout, the customer must upload a valid student ID or institution-issued proof.
If student verification is rejected, Techflu may remove the student discount and ask the customer to pay the difference, request corrected proof, or cancel/reject the order as per the applicable policy.
After KYC submission, the order will move to manual review by the Techflu admin team. The admin team may approve, reject, or request resubmission of documents.
The customer dashboard may show statuses such as: Order Placed, Payment Completed, KYC Pending, KYC Submitted, Under Review, KYC Approved, KYC Rejected, Delivery Processing, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Active Rental, Return Scheduled, Device Under Inspection, Deposit Refund Processing, Closed.
If documents are unclear, mismatched, expired, incomplete or otherwise insufficient, Techflu may ask the customer to re-upload corrected documents.
If KYC or order review is finally rejected before delivery, Techflu will process refund of the refundable security deposit and any collected rent as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If rejection is due to suspected fraud, forged documents, impersonation, misuse, non-cooperation or unlawful activity, Techflu may hold processing, cancel the order, restrict the account and take lawful action.
After order approval, the order will move to the delivery team for processing. Delivery is subject to stock availability, serviceability, customer availability, address verification, payment completion and operational feasibility.
At delivery, Techflu or its delivery staff may verify customer identity, delivery address, device details and handover condition. Delivery staff may capture photographs, geo-tagged evidence, customer house/nameplate images, device condition images and customer acknowledgment.
The customer must inspect the device at delivery and promptly report visible damage, missing accessories or mismatch.
The customer must use the rented device carefully, lawfully and only for normal personal, educational or business use, as applicable.
The customer must not sell, pledge, sub-rent, transfer, tamper with, open, repair, replace parts, remove asset tags, install illegal software, use the device for unlawful activities, relocate it outside the approved city/address without consent, or deny lawful inspection, recovery or return.
Monthly rent is payable on the applicable due date. If payment is delayed, Techflu may send reminders, charge disclosed late fees, suspend support, restrict extension, adjust amounts against the refundable security deposit, initiate device recovery and take lawful collection action.
Any late fee, recovery charge, damage charge or penalty must be reasonable, disclosed and proportionate.
Customers may request extension or return through the dashboard or support channel. Approval may depend on account status, payment status, device condition and Techflu policy.
Early return, cancellation, refund, rent adjustment and deposit refund will be governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, Rental Agreement and Security Deposit and Damage Policy.
The customer is responsible for loss, theft, missing accessories, physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, tampering, unauthorised repair, software misuse or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Techflu may inspect the device at return and deduct reasonable repair, replacement, missing accessory, recovery, unpaid rent or damage amounts from the refundable security deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, the customer must pay the balance.
The refundable security deposit will be processed after:

Techflu may suspend or terminate access, cancel an order, recover devices or refuse future services in case of non-payment, failed KYC, suspected fraud, misuse, breach of terms, unlawful activity or risk to Techflu's assets, staff, customers or platform.
